It is understood that 8/16 bit MCU of Juchen Semiconductor will use 8051 core, 32 bit MCU will use ARM core. The 1T 8051 core has been purchased at Juichen, and the 1T 8051 core consumes less power than the 4T 8051 core they are using now. Juchen Semiconductor plans to launch 8-bit MCUs this year, as well as power management chips.
